These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services provided by the 588bet at https://588bet-jit.com and any associated applications or extensions ("Platform"). The relationship between 588bet and the user is governed solely by this document, the Privacy Policy, and the specific rules of each promotion published on the Platform.

By clicking "Create Account", "Sign Up", or any equivalent button, or by continuing to use 588bet's services after an updated version of these Terms has been published, the user confirms that:

• Has read and fully understood the contents of this document;

The bonus amount is credited as bonus balance, separate from the real balance, and is subject to the rollover requirements described below.

6.2 Rollover Requirements (Minimum Wagering)

Every bonus granted by 588bet comes with a rollover requirement — meaning the user must wager a multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated on the offer page. As a general rule:

• Slots bets contribute 100% toward the rollover;

6.3 Validity and Expiration

7.1 Live Betting

Live bets are accepted while the event is in progress, subject to market availability and the stability of the user's connection. 588bet is not liable for bets that were not completed due to a connection failure on the user's end. Live odds may be suspended at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Cash Out

The Cash Out feature allows users to settle a bet before the final result. The offered amount is calculated automatically based on current odds and may be lower or higher than the original stake. Cash Out is available on selected events and may be temporarily suspended at critical moments during a game. Once confirmed, a Cash Out cannot be reversed.

7.3 Cancellations and Errors

7.4 Canceled or Postponed Events

If an event is canceled before it begins, all pre-game bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. For events postponed to a new date within 48 hours, bets generally remain valid. For postponements exceeding 48 hours, bets are canceled and stakes returned.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Civil Code (Law 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or mediation shall be submitted to the court of the user's place of residence, as provided under Article 101, Section I, of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
